1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement governs the terms and conditions for the sale of goods between the Seller and the Buyer.
1.2. Placing an order on the website constitutes the Buyer's full acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the goods presented on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept such goods.
4. Order Placement
The Buyer places orders through the website.
When placing an order, the Buyer must provide accurate information necessary for the delivery of the goods.
5. Product Price and Payment
The price of each product is indicated on the website.
Payment shall be made using the payment methods available during the checkout process.
6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the shipping services available to the Buyer at the time of placing the order.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and the destination region.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Seller shall:

• supply goods of proper quality;
• provide accurate information about the goods;
• comply with the terms of this Agreement.

The Buyer shall:

• provide accurate delivery information;
• pay for the order;
• inspect the goods upon receipt.

8. Returns
Returns and exchanges of goods are carried out in accordance with:

• the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX;

and

• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1243 dated November 1, 2024, "On Approval of the List of Goods Not Subject to Exchange (Return)."

9. Liability
The Parties shall be liable in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
10. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
