Product Returns
We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1243 dated November 1, 2024, "On Approval of the List of Goods Not Subject to Exchange (Return)."

Return Period
The Buyer may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided that:

• the product has not been used;
• the product remains in its original condition;
• the original packaging, labels, and complete set of accessories are preserved;
• proof of purchase is provided.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1243 dated November 1, 2024, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• corsetry products, including post-operative compression garments;
• personal hygiene products after the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, including menstrual cups;
• other products included in the official List of Goods Not Subject to Exchange (Return) approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1243 dated November 1, 2024.

Nostril Retainers may only be returned if the packaging has not been opened, the product has not been used, and it remains in its original saleable condition. Once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, returns cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.
If a product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, the Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a mistake made by the Seller, the Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
